Psycho Test

Read this question, come up with an answer and then scroll down to the bottom for the result. This is not a trick question. It is as it reads. No one I know has gotten it right-including me.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met this guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy she believed him to be just that! She fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him.

A few days later she killed her sister.

Question: What is her motive in killing her sister?

Give this some thought before you answer!

I'll post the answer in the first post

2. ANSWER
Answer: She was hoping that the guy would appear at the funeral again.

If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath. This was a test by a famous American Psychologist used to test if one has the same mentality as a killer. Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly.

If you didn't answer the question correctly, good for you! If you got the answer correct, please let me know so I can take you off of my email list unless that will tick you off, then I'll just be extra nice to you from now on. Be sure to share the test.

14. So, I take it, that a non-psychopath would
merely fake her sister's funeral?

4. I SUPPOSE she might hope to meet the dude at the sister's funeral.

P.S.
I've heard this before. The first time my guess was that she was afraid the guy might date the sister instead of her.

6. Well that's rubbish
just because you can recognize psychopathic thinking doesn't make you a psychopath. Ask a person if they would do the killing to meet the guy, that would be a better test.

8. Yes, but its a leading question.
Well let's see. Murder is bad, so no I wouldn't kill him.

10. No, pscyhopaths know to say murder is wrong
I think it would be quite telling if that answer popped in to someone's head. Obviously if someone studied psychopaths, then it's very possible they'd know how a psychopath thinks. But I do think if this popped into someone's head, well, yikes!

11. In context, her motive seems rather obvious is all
Edited on Wed Jan-31-07 09:53 AM by Solly Mack
she mets a stranger at a family funeral that she falls in love with..so if another family member dies, she reasons the chances are good the stranger will also attend that funeral...

however, recognizing the motive would based on a fallacy of logic doesn't make a person a psychopath
just means from the context of the thread the motive would be based on warped reasoning...afterall, this thread is titled "Are you a psychopath?" and it was labeled a "psycho test"

just makes sense to ascertain the motive within the framework of those indicators

18. Exactly! Before a Dx of Anti-Social Personality Disorder can be
Edited on Wed Jan-31-07 10:38 AM by ShortnFiery
validly given by a Psychiatrist, there are a number of criteria that must be met. This is discovered through interviews, psychological tests and other behavioral data:

http://www.accg.net/antisocial.htm

However, I can say without reservation, that, IMO, many Leaders within our Government, especially those within The Unitary Executive Branch, demonstrate many troubling symptoms that contribute to the satisfaction of the Dx Criteria within DSM-IV for Anti-Social Personality Disorder (one each, Psychopath). Master of War? Indeed! :P

SYMPTOMS

1) Lack of concern regarding society’s rules and expectations.
2) Repeated violations of the rights of others.
3) Unlawful behavior.
4) Lack of regard for the truth
5) In parents, neglect or abuse of children.
6) Lack of a steady job. Frequent job changes through quitting and/or being fired
7) Tendencies toward physical aggression and extreme irritability.

But, um, here were my answers: 1) She had just found out that the awesome guy she'd "fallen in love" with was involved with/married to her sister and 2) Her sister was unable to help her locate the mystery man.

There is no motive. Secondly, what kind of crass ass would go to their Mother's funeral and fall in love with someone?
