If you have the time, get over to the Scott Lake Campground in the Sisters area, and do the day hike up to the several Tenas Lakes. Main Parking Lot for walk-in campers and hikers. I think the trail is mareked as "Benson Lakes Trail," a further destination. And if you can, spend a night or 50 camping there and watching the sun rise and set against the views of the 3 sisters. I saw, and loved that movie, "The Ranger, the Cook, and the Hole in the Sky".

I loved Sam Elliot in that..but I love him in everything he does...and Jerry O'Connell was adorable.

GREAT story..If anyone missed it..try Netflix.
