It's been 90 years since women were given the right to vote.

It's been 46 years since the Civil Rights act was signed.

It's been 234 years since the Signing of the Declaration of Independence.

It's been 14 years since the passage of DOMA.

So can anyone tell me exactly how long the GLBT community needs to continue to be patient? Because 234 years seems like quite enough to me.
