Sorely lacking. The battles between counsel and "Elvis"! were rather famous. Fitz' fucked it up in 3 ways

A. They saw no crime committed

B. Being snake bit by his idiotic scooter trial, he jumped the gun

C. He promised a huge list of witnesses and provided almost none. Heh. Hah idiot. The jury did not like that at all.
