Polling: Are the polling companies reaching the wireless phones?

Or do they continue to poll the Americans with wired phones?

This was an issue in the 2008 campaign, so considering the interest in polling, has the industry changed its approach to citizens who have dumped "wired" phones?

I wish they weren't, but I'm afraid they are close to correct.
