8. In East Texas they're bitching about bilingual education.

They were complaining about two sets of textbooks for the little kids to mainstream them into English from Spanish. That costs more.

Some woman on the street then was saying "They need to speak English if they are going to live here".

So these books are HELPING kids to learn English, and the native speakers are complaining about the cost?
