3 judge panel on recent stem-cell decision were ultra conservatives

Okay, now, last piece of the puzzle. Why did this question go to three conservatives? Part of the reason may be that Obama has not filled two vacancies on the DC Circuit. The two seats have been vacant since he took office, and they're still vacant.

His fault? Maybe. But everyone who knows anything knows that whatever appointments he'd tried to make would now be languishing in the circle of hell known as the senatorial hold"




This is why President Obama needs to re-nominate Goodwin Liu (and others)....SCOTUS nominations are high drama and get all the coverage, but lower court nominations are every bit as signifciant....

1. Two words for Obama: recess appointments.

Bush did it.

It is ridiculous with all that's going on in this country today to allow the enemy--the GOP--to keep seats empty. It's to their advantage to do so, and Obama is being played like a fiddle by them.

This is why I say Obama has failed his leadership test. He is not a leader, he is being led around by the GOP. Enough already!
