1. Don't you understand he is getting the message garbled.

But he does receive pretty good in my view. I would guess he is getting part of the broad base blast, but interpreting it wrong.

I think some fine tuning is required, haven't figured that out, mostly increasing range and strength more and more. Although even if he doesn't figure it out, it gives lots of links to problems. So there is always that.

Added in temporal awhile ago, and just blasting away.
