From what I've read (I had a real life to deal with today) Dreckapalooza was a big let down for the great unhinged. No ranting about death panels or raising taxes or even "socialism"...just a lot of word salad and much of it ruffage while they wanted red meat. Sounds like they got "kumbaya'd" by Dreck. :rofl:

and got a super-duper faux racial unity-fest. Most the speakers were minorities, the music was mostly ethnic (meaning not C&W), Beck prattled on about equality and showed MLK clips... Not the prelude to race war many were wishing for I imagine.

race - the human race. And that both races needed to unite. Might have been some grimacing about that. She did get some applause on her anti abortion "bleeding in the womb" crap and the bring back prayer in school stuff.

I did see some reaction on FR, for the few pages I skimmed. Seemed like there was bitching there and on a few other conservative boards about whether Beck ever mentioned Jesus by name in his speech, and some grousing about him being a damned Mormon. A few claimed that Mormons believed Jesus was married and had a family, and on that basis alone, Beck is just another idiot Mormon.

21. Agree about them not wanting to go there. I noticed the same pattern

back when Sister Sarah first went out on the lecture circuit. They'd spend days obsessing about her and her upcoming speech. And then immediately after, I'd check for reaction - and barely anything. After awhile, there was no reaction, not a single thread discussing what she'd said. Because they'd been taken for a ride, and some of them must have had a clue.

What amazes me is how many times they are willing to fork out bucks to be taken for the same ride by the same people. Those entertainers are making serious coin off the tea baggers terminal gullibility.

Restore America, my ass. They need a system restore to fix what ails them.

There's some follow-along cross burning/sign carrying/Obama bashing puke fest starting around 10am Eastern. BecKKK and his supporters didn't want signs and stuff at the event today, but they're encouraging it for tomorrow. Hopefully some enterprising folks will capture all the lively stupidity!
