While I completely understand I know that this despicable family will sue. I also heard that there were innocent bystanders who were sprayed. I'm certain they were unintended, but that does not make it any better.

Seriously, I just assumed they had totally isolated themselves when they started messing with the fallen soldiers funerals, and their congregation consisted entirely of their own extended family that supported themselves with their string of lawsuits.

I think they are filthy slimy creatures. Unfortunately they sue any and everyone they can. And, being a family of 'lawyers' they generally know how to bend the law in their direction.

I feel bad for the man who did the spraying as well as the bystanders who were hurt. As far as the clan Phelps they should count their blessings that it was only pepper spray.
