A pollster on MSNBC says only 19% blame Obama for economy
..and 38% still blame Bush. Where are the other 43%? Asleep?

Congress (either party or "in general) likely draws quite a few votes.

Indeed... they are likely closest to correct.

The Fed probably gets a few votes as well.
