Don't you just hate it when you can't remember why you're boycotting something?

I know why I'm not shopping at Target. That's easy.

And I certainly know why I don't watch Fox News. (Is it okay if I watch tv shows on Fox?)

But a little while back I stopped my advertising on Google and decided I would advertise on Bing. But I can't remember why I'm not advertising on Google.

Same thing with certain foods. Eggs are easy. Local is best. Meat and poultry? Again, easy. Local, pasture fed, humanely slaughtered (and, no, I'm not trying to pick a fight with vegetarians). But what about fish? Am I allowed to eat Atlantic salmon or Alaska salmon? And if I can eat Alaska salmon, do I have to ask the salmon's position on palin?

It was so much easier when I was growing up. peanut butter. jelly. white bread.

I have to go to Target later today to buy a new blanket. I asked my gay best friend about this a while ago and he said "NO, go to Bed Bath and Beyond and use that coupon!" but my coupon's expired. He lives in San Fran where they'll honor all coupons no matter how old, that's how cool San Fran is. They won't do that for me here. And I can't drive so it's either walk one mile to Target or THREE miles to BB&B, and it's in the 90's here today. So we talked about it a minute then he was like "oh I don't care really, do whatever!" But I still feel like I shouldn't go there. Maybe I should wear some gay buttons on my clothes, just for solidarity.. then pay them $40.-60.00 for my new blanket anyway?

I have a problem keeping up with all that the companies do, I remember for a while then I forget. I don't shop much anyway.

11. I have a similar dilemma - and here I thought I was the only one

I bought 4 tires from my local dealership and got a $50 gift card from Target. And I didn't spend it before I found out that I shouldn't be going there.

So here we are. Economy is crappy, due largely to people like the executives from Target and those he supports. Yet, because the economy is crappy, a "free" $50 (yes, I did need the tires anyway) has some appeal.

commercials. Same with Florida orange juice and Limbaugh from about the same time.
