"2nd Amendment solutions" perhaps?

I don't think the right will take it too well.

That's when things can get pretty dangerous.... I fear that lots of little Timothy McVeigh wannabees are only holding back waiting to see the results in November.

If that happens... Godspeed, Secret Service

1. First they will accuse Acorn or some other convenient villain who stole their vote...
Then they will look to their demagogues, who called for second amendment remedies.
Then there will be more isolated incidents of people snapping because they can not take the terrible tyranny.
Then...my crystal ball goes dark. I may have forgot to pay my soothsayer bill.

2. The Pubs as a Party will be even more in disaray than they were
when McNut lost. The only thing that seems to be holding them sort of together right now is their Tea Party crowd, and the establishment Pubs hate THEM! I doubt there will be a lot of violence. Those folks talk a lot about second amendment rights & appear at rallys with their guns, but few seem to be really acting out. THANK GOD! There are McVeigh wanna bes out there and have been for a very long time. I trust the Secret Service though. They're very good and dedicated people.

3. If they are going to do it, they will do it either way.
Either by their views expressed by people they like in power, with a hidden slow method like letting people die without health care, or by things like Timothy McVeigh.

Although I do not agree with your premise.

If someone would hurt people if they do not get people they like in office, then what would those people in office be like?

It is better for them to have to do the harm not in the secrecy of stolen elections, but in the openness of violence, where they can be eliminated, and further show people what they actually are.

Although the sadness of anyone getting hurt is very bad, it is far worse to allow it to be done by secrecy as part of a system.

If someone threatens to kill if you don't do what they want, what will they do if you give them your power by giving in?

It really is Sophie's choice, trying to make the good person feel guilty about someone elses choices that are violent, and very common thing evil does. Have to hope they will be stopped by better people in many areas.

And people are more good then bad, so much of the bad things are stopped.

The only way to stop future terrible actions by people, is not to give them your power when they threaten smaller bad. It really is easy to see, but very difficult to think on.

5. The economic Republicans and the Religious Right will go into a war
that will make divisions at DU look like a love fest.

Many areas will see a hardening of the disagreements similar to Rockfeller/Goldwater. There will be rump delegations to conventions and in some cases groups will leave to launch competitive Republican parties at the local level.

Virtually all of the existing leadership will be swept away. Possibly Cantor will become House Leader. Republican Governors will take over Party leadership.

9. If they get close but come up short
There will likely be alot of work to consolidate the repugs and t-party into some slightly more coherent mass of anger. If they fall well short, infighting for control of the repugs will commence with each side blaming the other for perceived failures. On the odd but still possible chance that they lose ground or stay about stationary, things will really get ugly on the right, and instances of social unrest are a real possibility.
