Lockeed Martin Joyous Over New Potential Arms Sales
unhappycamper note: Since the Pentagon has ‘requested’ that I only post one paragraph from articles on Army Times, and Airforce Times, I’ve decided to give ya’ll an unhappycamper summary of the article and a link to the OP. To keep in that same (new) tradition, I will also do the same for for articles on Navy Times, Marine Corps Times, stripes.com and military.com.

To read the article in the military's own words, you will need to click the link.

I didn't realize that the Pentagon/MIC could restrict my First Amendment rights as well as morph the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 107 with zero, zip, nada Congressional approval. (NOTE: I am going to revise the preceding sentence.) It sure is beginning to smell like fascism.[br />
unhappycamper summary of this article: The Big Boys over at Lockeed Martin are salivating about the possibility of selling their 'stuff' to the rest of the world. I guess they are trying to jump start selling those $243 million dollars F-35s to anyone dumb enough to buy them.

In an exclusive interview with DoD Buzz, Lockheed Martin CEO Bob Stevens says he hopes Congress looks favorably on the Obama administration’s proposed arms export control reforms because it will make U.S. companies more competitive, help generate U.S. jobs and better protect crucial U.S. technology.

2. Our eight-year-olds should be thrilled.
Ten more years of cool posters for the bedroom, and no need for college when you can just as well go fight with the ones who wasted their wealth and health on F-35s.
