Catch up- Boxer-Fiorina Debate

I know I don't watch their debate on the tv, so I want to know how are they doing? I hope Boxer knock her down!!

1. Watched some of it

Carly looked like Cruella Deville. I didn't catch the biggest lies, but my husband said she was lying her ass off. Barbara looked great as usual. Boxer had all the answers, Carly looked bad on a couple of points--i.e. Cruella says that people on the no-fly list should be able to have guns because her sister-in-law was on the no-fly list and the no-fly list is all screwed up. Boxer wiped the floor with her on that one. Debate about abortion: Cruella is for repealing Roe v. Wade. Boxer pointed out the horror of women having to get illegal abortions again.

Cruella accused Boxer of being a "no-jobs" candidate. Boxer pointed out that Cruella laid off 30,000 people from HP and shipped their jobs to India/China.

All in all, I thought Carly did poorly and she looked like death (the Cruella reference). Just my 2 cents.

3. Sorry, but the no fly list = should not be able to get a gun is a losing argument.

The no fly list is an arbitrary government generate list that has no rebuttal option. It is not a good way to decide who should be able to own a gun and who should not. This is a big win for the NRA crowd as far as Boxer's comments. Carly actually came off as better informed than Boxer on that one.

The rest I saw, Boxer did very well and Carly came off as snarky.

2. I watched it. Carley came across really snarkey, and when she

said "all jobs are global now" I almost choked! Barbara did a good job and she hammered Carley quite often abot outsourcing jobs and even though she was fired from HP because the stock dropped more than 50% she still took $XX million check. CSPAN aired it so they might have a vidoe on their site.
