So much for the hopes for the 10 am presser by the President.

How long can it take to put one good woman in an appointed position of power in this country if her duty is to protect the average person? Trick question, apparently it can't be done at all.

1. Jesus. The guy doesn't have a magic wand to just appoint people to his admin.
Good Lord.

5. They are waiting until after Labor Day - the kick off to the campaign season.
They will nominated Elizabeth Warren and, as President Obama just said, introduce a new set of proposals to provide an extra kick to the economy.

Warren has been working with the WH for weeks. It isn't like no one is doing anything. They just haven't announced it yet.

It sounds like next week - after Labor Day - the action will kick off with his proposals, press conference on Friday and campaigning around the Country, etc.
