About this the Oct 2 march....
So now Ed Schultz is going to be there. I know transportation is an issue for many DU'ers. DU has a forum for each state, why don't all those who want to attend go to their state (forum) and work together on sharing rides. Maybe that way we could get more family and friends there.

What do you think?

3. excellent
I would encourage someone from every state to take charge and organize transportation. I live and work on the road, so I am very fortunate to be working nearby (Arlington, VA) on October 2nd. I am willing to help someone else get there...

4. Shame they don't have free busses like they did for Beck
free places to stay and free food. Which by the way was all furnished by the big corporations who can give as much as they want to republicans, I mean, after all they are people.

5. Yeah it is...
I emailed Ed the other day, and said this very thing. However, we're Democrats/Liberal/Progressives, we help each other. We don't have the bankroll behind us, so we'll do it ourselves. And we'll do it just as well, without all the money, and advertising, cuz we know how to do grassroots!

Link up with people from your state and go, show them who we are.

12. My husband and I can't go because of our health but I would give to a fund if it was set up.
Just a thought. It would be great if Dem's like Oprah and Streisand etc. would pitch in! I sure as hell would if I was a millionaire!
