Avoid distractions.
Edited on Fri Sep-03-10 06:55 PM by RandomThoughts
Issues of race, cultural issues, immigration, the mosque issue.

They are all to get people to not think about what is going on by thinking on some issues that will fire people up, but not find the core issues.

Comment on the meaning of the issue, the core issue of dignity and rights. Then explain that it is meant to be a distraction,

Then back to the guns, how Wall Street and big money corporate interest want to distract, and how they want to control the legislation.

Every issue that is a distraction should have a 20 second rebuttal, a 20 second explanation as to why it is a distraction. Then back on the issues.

The rebuttal and explanation should be easy to memorize and say, then when they try to pull you back to that issue, don't go there, but again go to the core, and remind people how they are distracting.

Stay on target.

Each cultural or non specific distraction to fire base should be diffused as a distraction for elections. They are used every election, and nothing is done about them.

Get to the real discussion. Some people want to claim power, and want to distract. Get to the corruption, the money skimming, and the consolidations over the last years.

Main street not wall street, jobs, and regulations on the problems. Monopolies, and corporate control issues that are against capitalism.

It is not that hard, every right winger should be for the breaking up of corporations, they are acting like monopolies. That is not capitalism, they are trying to set legislation, that is not representative democracy.
