Fool or Liar? Question for anyone who says corps aren't hiring due to tax concerns
Fool or Liar? That is the question that should be posed of anyone who says that companies are not hiring because of concerns about taxes or regulations.

Exhibit A, the only one necessary to prove the case, is that there has been no unusual increase in average weekly hours. There is some uptick from the low-point of the downturn, but nothing unusual for an upturn, and we are still far below average weekly hours from before the recession.

Businesses aren't hiring because demand for their product hasn't exceeded what they can force theircurrent employees to produce, even if it overworks them & makes them miserable. They know they won't quit because there's no other jobs to go to!

IF, and that's a BIG IF, the amunt of increases in taxes was a BIG ONE, I can see whre a co. would want to wait and see if it's enacted. Some surely would rather invest in the business instead of paying an additional 50-100% more in taxes, but that's not what this increase is! We're talking about 2-3.5%!!!!
