After November's spanking a Smart House leader should create a bill that has money in it to feed poor Senior Citizens and Children and then attach More Tax cuts for everyone in ALL income tax brackets.

Also in the bill is an across the board 10% Reduction in ALL spending including (and especially) Congressional and Congressional staff paychecks and everyone else who works in the government, Union Workers included, though all Military personnel would be excluded.

Then he should sit back and cross his arms and dare Obama and the Democrats to oppose it.

5. There are 2.8 million federal civilian employees
(does not include 1.4 million uniformed military).

Okay, let's say the averate for all those employees is about $80,000 a year. A reasonable number; many of them are educated professions.

So...

2,800,000 x $80,000 X 0.10 = $22.4 billion. That's the savings. About two months in Iraq.

Yay...
