3. No, actually, it doesn't bother me...

What bothers me is shocking news porn. Freedom of speech is freedom of speech. There's really nothing newsworthy here. The only reason it bothers people is the subject matter. Once again, the media is trying to shock people into outrage over a non-existent story. I think DU is better than that.

I believe this would be covered under that category. If not, it should be. It is a slippery slope when dealing with the first amendment, but I would take that step in this one case.
