Our partners in China were blocking the export of spare electronic and mechanical parts. This is not gonna have a happy ending.

And if it is then the proper authorities need to know.
If nothing else this needs to be out there and determined how much is happening now and how much will be in the near future so that we do something to prevent serious problems.
