Why are oil rich Countries such as Saudi Arabia not helping Pakistan?

So today I read on cnn.com that Angelina Jolie is pleading for help for Pakistan. Meanwhile back here in Middletown PA a 5 year old has to eat a cheese sandwich and carton of milk everyday for lunch because her mother cannot afford to pay full price for Lunch. Now before any of you Republican trolls even think of responding to this, YES the girl’s mother has a job. Now if she was on welfare that child would have a very nice lunch everyday. I have a better Idea then giving money to Pakistan. The oil rich countries in that region, such as Saudi Arabia should help out Pakistan and our tax dollars and donations should be spent on helping hard working people in our own country provide a descent lunch for their children.
