Feds: Man Sold Inferior Metal for Subs

A Fairless Hills man and his company were charged yesterday in a scheme to bilk Uncle Sam by selling inferior metal to a U.S. Navy subcontractor that was helping to build submarines.

1. Instead of going to jail for 3-4 years, Bullick should be made to tack down

every bit of crap metal he sold, and remove it from the hulls of subs himself with a torch and a mask, etc... and the 5 million can go to a veterans college fund.
