Rackspace cancels Dove World Outreach Center's web hosting account.

I ummed and erred about placing this in Latest Breaking News... but I feel General Discussion is as good a place as any.

From the guys over at Slashdot - they picked up on a CNN article that states that Rackspace has cancelled web hosting accounts belonging to the church that plans a mass public Koran burning. Rackspace has an "Acceptable Usage Policy" which includes a promise by people renting web hosting from them that they will not post hate speech. This religious organization has posted hate speech and thus were in violation of their contract, so Rackspace cancelled them.

Hell, if they have just one Madonna mp3 up there, Rackspace is required to cut them off.

Y'know the RW just don't like it when their tactics are used on them. Private property rights. Politically incorrect placement of recreation centers. The use of offensive language by high place people. That kinda stuff.
