If this is true...I cry for us again

More than 25 years ago, I read Dee Brown's "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee"...when I got to the massacre at Sand Creek..I had to stop.
How could it happen?..Yet, here, at the Huffington Post..it is again..If true. it shows how little the human race has come since 1864..Yet, this is the insanity of war.

A dozen U.S. soldiers are charged with organizing a secret "kill team" which allegedly murdered Afghan civilians at random and cut fingers and other body parts from corpses as trophies, according to new documents released by the U.S. military.
According to news reports, details in the charging documents released Wednesday shed new light on the cases against 12 soldiers who served a year in southern Afghanistan with a Stryker infantry brigad.

1. Crap like this has been going on since forever.

It seems so ingrained, so universal.
The US is guilty, but so are other countries, all thru other centuries.

The horror is that we as a species do not seem to ever outgrow the need to display aggressiveness towards innocents.
THAT is the problem.

Yea..it is all there is black and white..after the camps were liberated..casualties of war..innocents.

sure I know about it, taught that in high school..still if we are, (our soldiers) are still doing this..
