FCC does not license in any way the CABLE channel FOX NEWS.

None. Not their jurisdiction and should not be.

Also, FOX NEWS does not have a "license" nor do they need one to be a cable channel.

It's the marketplace. As long as people buy the shit Murdoch throws, he'll keep throwing it. The first ammendment is a damned sticky thing. It states freedom of speech and expression. It doesn't require an affadavit of truth...and hate speech, as abohorant as it is, is also protected. It's the people who consume this crap that are the problem...those who choose to believe this crap and the politicians and corporates who encourage it.
