Who they are doing, where, why and how much is covered under state secrets. But the capability is there to analyze much of the worlds communication...

No tin hat, and no reason to be overly paranoid. As long as you don't mention bombs, terrorism, drugs, gathering for criminal activity, federal buildings, the President, the Congress, military bases, bridges, routes of strategically important rail or other traffic, encryption, anarchy directed against the federal government, etc, it should never attract any attention, especially if your intentions are clear and benign. And you put a smiley after it ;)
On the other hand, I do wonder if they are making a catalog when messages talk about "second amendment solutions"?
