And in Firefox it is up-to-date (as opposed to Internet Explorer).

8. A reboot fixed the problem.

So weird--before I rebooted, I refreshed Firefox and *it* went to that old page too!
Sorry to bother people. I hope this may have helped others with the same issue.

When I mentioned the cache I'd meant, using Firefox for example ,go into tools and clear the whole shooting match including cookies and history.

It didn't happen with Firefox though, only with IE.
