And clearly, Fox will allow just about any bigotry you can imagine and then some.
Gingrich, Barbour, and all the other so-called 'mainstream' Republicans (who seem to be no more than a sliver apart from the extremists in their party) who blather on about "the limits of religious tolerance" and "Kenyan-socialist values" on Fox are clearly banking on getting away with their anti-Islamic, anti-immigrant, anti-African American rhetoric. We're going to hear a lot more of this once outrageous and beyond-the-pale talk spewing from them until there are Republican majorities and a Republican in the White House.
This is a winning formula for them. They can't be shamed into stopping. They thrive on the left's and the Democrats' outrage, because it helps spread the message to the roobs in the heartland: "We Republicans think just like you do. Democrats think like those strange, dirty, colored other people. Now who are you going to vote for? Someone like you or someone like them?"
