Which are the best State Parties to invest in?
My wife and I have contributed over $60K so far to Dem candidates nationwide (Senate, House and Governor). Given the importance of redistricting, it also seems necessary to support some of the state parties for general turnout and State Legislator contests. We've been told that Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Colorado, Arizona and Florida are key states to worry about. Can anyone offer advise as to which state party operations are the best organized and most deserving of support?

1. NC - Elaine Marshall's campaign for senate against R. Burr.

"Burr, who on June 30 had $6.3 million cash on hand compared with Marshall’s $187,585, has put his second campaign commercial of the fall on the air and says he’ll keep up network TV ads until November." -snip
