Kudzu is invasive in ND? According to this, it is.

And Oregon too. Although that’s not as much of a shock as ND.

But if it’s in ND, I betcha it’s also in MN, MT, ID, and Washington state. And NY as well. They probably just don’t want to admit it.

There is a formal ecological definition of "invasive species:" an introduced species that displaces native species or does other ecological damage in its introduced habitat.

The key parts of that definition are "introduced species" and "ecologically damaging." Invasion does not necessarily mean permanent persistence.

3. It may not be "invasive" in OK
but it's definitely there. After my dad died in 03, we pulled miles of it out of the back yard of his house.
