1. from the Cook Political Report
Early public and private polling of the House race gives (Lt. Governor John) Carney double digit leads over potential Republican candidates. A Daily Kos (D) poll by Public Policy Polling (August 7-8 of 620 registered voters) showed Carney leading Rollins 48 percent to 32 percent and leading Urquhart 48 percent to 30 percent, almost exactly the same margin other polling has showed over the last year. In reality, voters haven’t really tuned into this race yet. But with Castle in pole position for a Senate seat, Carney’s edge in this race is probably not as much a huge early lead as it is Delaware voters’ penchant for ticket-splitting and electing politicians they already know.

2. Bummer. On the other hand they cite Delaware's Penchant for people they know.
Funny.
