A new logo that looks like a target? Style over substance? And bad style at that?

With all due respect, I'm not feeling the excitement. I hope this isn't what he was touting yesterday but I'm noticing it's 11:00 AM in DC and I see nothing in the news. I really miss Dr. Dean. :(

They did all kind of back-end stuff to make networking and communication between activists work better.

If they really did great stuff on the backend, it should be reflected on the front end. And that logo is the definition of FAIL. So why would I think that the stuff I can't see isn't reflected right there.

The problem is that the Democratic Party has moved far to the right embracing Old Republican Ideology.

I am just as upset as you are. I was waiting all day flipping back and forth between CNN, MSNBC, and other channels trying to see Tim Kaine's press conference and announcement. I did not watch the press conference. At about 2 o' clock I stopped waiting for the press conference. Just a moment ago I did a google search for Tim Kaine and announcement and that is were I found that all Kaine did was announcement a new website and a new logo.

My thought was "seriously, that was the big announcement". Anyone who went to the website this morning would have seen that there was a new logo and that the website looked different. There was no reason to claim that this was a "major announcement". Websites change all the time.

I was expecting Kaine to announce what the Democratic Party was going to do to counter Michael Steele's Fire Pelosi Bus Tour. Earlier in the morning I had thought about coming to DU to ask what Tim Kaine and the Democratic Party were going to do to counter Steele. When I heard that Kaine was going to make a "major announcement" I decided to wait for Kaine's announcement.
