money instead for topfeeders while people and homes were incinerated. Very swell. Sounds like the top 1%ers with their tongues hanging out for their $300,000 per year tax cut. :puke: Peter Darbee you suck a big ass!

San Bruno, California (CNN) -- Pacific Gas & Electric planned in 2009 to replace a section of its gas pipeline just a couple of miles from the section that exploded last week in San Bruno, California, but never spent the $5 million of rate increases to do the work, a consumer watchdog group said Wednesday.

And further, said TURN , the utility asked for another $5 million for the same project in 2009 -- the year it should have completed the work it hasn't even started -- saying it wouldn't be completed until 2013.

"The money was spent on what they call higher priority work," said TURN senior attorney Mike Florio.

7. The CEO/Boards need to be prosecuted for fraud and murder. Just like BP and Massey Energy.
No more criminals hiding under corporate cover.

10. If they prove they spent the money for salaries for the CEO
or what ever instead of repairing pipelines, those responsible should be prosecuted for murder etc. But since Arnold is in charge of California they probably won't.
