As she explained to the Wilmington News Journal in 2004, she did “things she regrets” in college, such as drinking to excess and becoming somewhat sexually promiscuous. Those regrets spurred her to promote chaste values, and to seek out a national forum to advance related policy aims such as abstinence education.

Where is the Wilmington News Journal article proving this beyond a reasonable doubt, as the Founding Fathers intended? We have searched the evil “Delaware Online” to no avail.

Now that indicates a real closeness between two adults, one of whom she calls her boyfriend yet she would have us believe there was never intimacy involved. The fact that she claims that condoms don't protect against HIV is as mind blowing as it is irresponsible.

Fast Forward 20 years and I have this to say - I will not have sex again until I'm in a relationship. Those are MY values.
