Anyone affected by this bug ?..that is lost my refresh button option and back arrows

1. You're going to need to provide more information.

PC? Mac? Browser type? I'm guessing this is not a "bug" as you say.

2. right click on your toolbar and you should get options to customize it n/t

3. If you're using IE, F11 will return the screen you're used to.

Or move your mouse to the top of the screen and your toolbar will pop down.

4. I had that happen to me months ago. It's a real problem that MS hasn't fixed.

I can't remember how I resolved it. Do a google on it and get some ideas.

5. you've hidden them.

It's a browser issue. For what ever reason (sometimes fat fingering the keys) they are turned off. Right click at the top of your browser. A list of your browser menue will come up, then add them back to your browser.

6. until you figure it out there are keyboard shortcuts:

F5 Key will refresh
Backspace key will go back one page in your history
