"O'Donnell will win in November because she is better than anything the Liberals can offer. You all need to accept that the White House is over for the Liberal Socialists. When she takes her seat she will not help this administration do anything that is destructive to this country and our Constitution. That you can be certain of."


"Tea Party is of the people Tony, by the people Tony and For the People. George funded the socialists. That should scare you when the folks you hate are funding your party. Please do not be such a hyprocrite."

Point out that it's HER OWN FAULT she has rheumatoid arthritis, and she can work at something. TOO BAD her job went overseas. She needs to get off her lazy rear end and get a job. Any job. HOW DARE SHE expect the rest of us to support her and pay for her health care??!!

Not that I actually believe what I just wrote, but it's the kind of thing she would say to someone else in here exact situation.

not the reality of our country. She has the belief that she will one day be rich like those she looks to for leadership. This is one who would step on their own child to get out of the burning building. Is her physical eyesight gone too? From each according to their ability,to each according to their need.

I deal with one whose daughter would be dead were it not for Medicare, Medicaid and federal funding of medical research and experimental treatments yet she rails against govt. insurance for anybody, thinks Social Security should be gone (along with Medicare). Course she wants all this gone but no one better touch her daughters benefits. sigh

13. been there, I know one that has

a 24 year old son that is a quad due to a brain tumor. Has been a quad since he was 12 years old. One day he was railing against the social welfare net because everyone should have to pay for what they need and there are no free handouts in this country.

When I brought up the medicaid, and the rest of the welfare state he uses, it got very quiet on the jobsite.

Shortly thereafter,I found out my services weren't as critical as first thought. (the boss is a racist too)

16. Makes you wonder where their ability

to think went. This used to be a very intelligent questioning woman. I would hide her except I do care how her daughter is doing. Unfortunately they found another tumor today. Daughter , husband and 3 kids are living with mom and dad so it isn't like her mom doesn't know how much govt. help she is getting. A lot of it is that bubble. Reads nothing but right wing sites, only listens to Fox. Everyone else lies etc. I find it sad in so many ways and scary that so many are the same way.

17. ya know, I tried to read rightwing sites,

the radio at work only picks up talk radio (ingram/etc but thankfully no rush) Whenever I get to reading the spout of the day, I wonder, "what are these people eating or drinking that makes them believe this stuff?".

Scary it is, and many of them that are on the safety net will toss it away and then wonder what happened to their little world.

You have a lot more patience than I can summon at this point. I'm glad that there are people who still try to carry on a logical dialogue with people who do not seem to be interested in , nor capable of, the same. I just can't do that anymore. I've tried and finally found it to be pointless. But I genuinely admire people like you who keep trying. Not meant to be snarky or sarcastic; I mean that sincerely. Someone still has to keep trying; it's just not something I can bring myself to do anymore. But, my god, the level of ignorance of this person and the millions like her really is mind-boggling.
