61 votes in favor-all but 2 republicans opose help to small business.

1. I guess that counts as "bipartisan", but the dems need to make sure voters
know that the republicons marched in lock step AGAINST this bill, save for the 2 who bucked their own party.

2. The republicans stalled and dragged this out since early summer, and are
probably angry that it passed now, so soon before the election.

Republicans are saying that the bill "could have been better", but that the Democrats were more interested in scoring political points than helping business owners.

I don't have the words to express how much I despise the current republicans in congress, and I only hope we will get together in November and really hurt them a lot at the polls.

6. What small businesses need the most is customers.
People can only be customers if they have a job. People would have a job if the stimulus package had been larger. Since that is out of the question, the small businesses are out of luck.
