The football, jerkoff, take a nap line was killer and Robert Reich was excellent. But I thought Michael Moore phoned it in (figuratively as well as literally), and the republican strategist and the woman Afghanistan correspondent were afraid to make any adverse comments about the tea party or palin. Maher tried pretty hard to get a rise out of them but they wouldn't commit themselves to make a broad condemnation of the lunatic fringe. Deploring Newt Gingrich's asinine remarks doesn't meet the definition of sticking your neck out as far as I'm concerned. The actor was OK but overall it was a pretty weak panel. The best part was the absence of a rabid wing nut who shouts over everybody (an all to common part of a Bill Maher show).

On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a 4. It was entertaining but not memorable.
