palin calls for a citizens revolt against the Obama agenda
Edited on Sat Sep-18-10 08:29 AM by spanone
'his leftist policies' oooh, scary

'it may take some renegades going rogue to get us there' what the fuck does this mean? assassination?

DES MOINES - Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin came to Iowa on Friday night and left few of her opponents unscathed, sharply attacking President Obama and the Democrats, denouncing the news media and pointedly calling on establishment Republicans to get over their losses in the primaries and unite for the November elections.

Palin's first visit to Iowa this year stirred speculation about a possible 2012 presidential run, but, with the exception of a humorous quip, the former governor kept her focus entirely on the midterm elections, calling for a citizen revolt against the Obama agenda.

"It's the voters who will stop these leftist policies," she said. "The voters will stop this fundamental transformation of America that's not good for America. It's the patriots who will restore America."

Saying it is time for renewal and a restoration of constitutional principles, Palin added, "and it may take some renegades going rogue to get us there."

Obama and the Democrats, she charged, "think the answer to every problem is another federal program. . . . They think that America's future should be dictated from the top down, not the bottom up. . . . They have faith in big government. We have faith in the people."

1. Palin does not even know Obama's agenda
She's a stupid, ignorant Grifter who reads what her neo-con and neo-liberal bosses hand her to read.

I'm sick of this fucking stupid idiot.

12. You think you're sick of her now? Wait until they put her into the White House.
Because they ARE going to put her into the White House, you know.
There's just no other explanation for all the media attention she gets.

21. Read "It Can't Happen Here" by Sinclair Lewis. She is an exact duplicate of "Buzz Windrip", an
ignorant man who wrote a book that appealed to the ignorant pig-headed electorate. He won the presidency in the same way that Palin is following now and turned the country into a fascist state. Today's teabaggers are his "Minutemen" come to life. It Can Happen Here.

7. Victimhood...It's What She's All About...
They used to talk about how the liberals were "bleeding hearts" but these days it's the wingnuts who love to wallow in persecution...or their conveluted belief that this is happening. Grifterella's best "sell line" is the us vs. them jag...when she's attacked it's as if this is an attack on all of her acolytes. Doesn't matter if she's dead wrong or lies or makes a fool of herself...if anything, those are "badges of honor". The other "mama grizzlies" play this game as well...anytime you're asked a serious question, then play the victim card and walk away.

Mooselini also lives off her talking points...the word salad Billy the Bloody and others put on her hand. It's claptrap that the unhinged love but makes no sense nor is there anything constructive. So if the federal government is sooooooo bad, why didn't she detach her state from all funding when she had the chance? It's senseless to point out the hypocrisies anymore as no one pays attention to them and these people never are held accountable. And on the rare chance they are...out comes the victim card.

9. Some things I found interesting in her speech

and the article.

"It's the voters who will stop these leftist policies,"
She seems to blame the leftists, when the people on this board seem to complain that Obama has drifted too far right.
It seems the left gets the blame for everything and they get nothing of what they want.

"They think that America's future should be dictated from the top down, not the bottom up"
If that is the case then why are they so against people forming and having Unions??
Is this not from the bottom up??
She says the people and not the CEOs know what is right and just.
If one is astute about politics, as she claims, then it follows that they would also know what is best for the working class.

"hold the press accountable when they're making things up and not telling the truth."
She is calling on her party to denounce the fox news for their blatant lies and half truths.
It is only fitting theat they start in their own house to clean it up.

Sarah Palin has just "refudiated" trickle down economics. Now if we can just teach her what trickle down theory is...
