Woman miscarries and police officers IGNORE HER!

This is on MSBNC. The woman begged and begged to go to the hospital and the fucking cops ignored her. They kept her in custody and didn't take her to the hospital until 9am the next day! :grr:

All they cared about was her not having a damn driver's license. :grr:

3. I saw that - she was rushing to the hospital because she was bleeding,

having a miscarriage, she told them over and over and over again - twenty plus times. They didn't listen.

They kept her in custody for 12 hours until she passed a huge clot, so big they couldn't ignore it, then they took her to the hospital, she delivered a four month premature baby that lived 1 minute. They said they could have stopped the miscarriage and the baby would have been OK.

So unbelievably tragic.

They filed a wrongful death lawsuit which is why it was on the news.

Norah O'Donnell (pregnant with twins) reported the story. She managed to not get upset. The lawyer she was talking to was upset. It made me furious and cry at the same time.

8. We really need to discuss the state of law enforcement in the US

Some of the abuse cases end up in court and the next of kin gets a nice monitary settlement but that doesn't stop the abuse and murder of innocents. Obviously the training that goes into becoming a police officer is insufficient.

was the story of a pregnant woman speeding to the hospital (either by herself of being driven by her husband) and being pulled over. After the situation was explained (either comically or seriously, depending), the police would provide escort to the hospital where everything would turn out OK.

In our "the public is the enemy" "zero tolerance" police state, this story is the new reality.

If she were a white woman with a lap full of blood you can bet your ass she wouldnt have been held up proving her license and registration.
