Caller to Randi Rhodes ... the President has committed treason
"Bush was so mad about Wilson's NY Times piece that he had the
Vice President out V. Plame and Cheney had Libby do it. The President
has committed treason."

Rough quote of caller .... Randi said, "Bingo."

2. no I am staying pure for Mama
I get her on the internets .... which sucks because I have to stay by my
computer .... to listen.

So we now have bush, Cheney, Rove, and Libby all implicated in court and
under oath for outing a CIA agent and rolling up her cover company so as
to keep up the lies needed for that nasty war in Iraq.

3. This is reminding me more and more of Watergate every day.
Only what the Bush admin has done is, IMHO, far worse than anything Nixon did.

4. I don't believe it. Bush Jr. probably didnt even know who Valerie Plame was.
I continue to wonder if we are seeing some serious infighting and/or a Civil War going on between the Bush Jr. camp and the Cheney/(Bush Sr?) camp.

But my first bet is with Cheney who has been in charge the whole time along with other old timers, and who have probably kept George Jr primarily out of the loop since the first day of his presidency.

In remembering the moments surrounding September 11th, it was Bush's father who was having dinner with the Bin Ladens. Bush Jr. wasn't in Washington.

I continue to think Bush Jr. has had limited power, if any power at all really, during his entire presidency. The Iran/Contra group seem to be the ones who are dictating policy.

8. I agree, but I think that Cheney told Bush about Plame
And Bush thinking and wanting others to know that he is in the loop, told Karl about Valerie Plame. He then probably muttered something to Karl, get that out there.

I think Cheney knew this is how it would go down if he told Bush this tidbit. I too think Cheney is the orchestrator of the whole charade.
