Anyone in Delaware watching O'donnell's 30 minute ad that started at 11:30pm ET ?

p.s. Apparently no one that uses Twitter watched the ad tonight,

8. Now that the link of the video is all over the internet - what I think is....

they purposely didn't pay to run the ad in time (and didn't deliver the tape in time) and they knew that they could make big headlines on this issue and get people to watch it on line - big controversy with little money !!!
