My feelings on the 2010 election
Let me try to explain how I feel about the 2010 election.

I have no respect for the people who believe the lies of the Republican Party. I don't respect the people who vote for the GOP because of the abortion issue because these people haven't figured they will never make abortion illegal.

One on hand I will feel anguish if the GOP does well, but on the other hand, since I think so little of these people who are misinformed, I want them live with the consequences of this electoral result.

Let them live with having corporation have their way on every issue, or having their safety net cut.

I guess this is the only way they will learn and we can reverse this election in 2-4 years.

1. Live with the consequences???
These people could be standing on their heads in a pile of shit and as long as a "churchgoing neocon" put them there, they would thank God for the stink !

2. Love your way of putting this! I agree. Republicans vote against
their best interest and don't even know it.

3. Live with the consequences?
What about the people who will die with the consequences? People who will lose their medicare, medicaid, unemployment, jobs, and ultimately lives? What do we tell them? To bad for you. but think how dumb the people who voted the wingers in feel now. It would be fine if the consequences only affected the low information voter who votes against his/her interests, but it affects all of us, and if the wingers take control, some of the rest of us will die.
