saying that their show is what jon stewart meant in civility, in honest discourse, etc etc.

Although I think it is a taunt or bait.

I like Jon Stewart, and agree with some of his comments, and even think his choice of metaphors was used in a way consistent to where it was said elsewhere. If Joe believes that Jon's comments are because of him, why hasn't he been making the same type of comments on his show for years?
