If a Democratically controlled Senate wouldn't take up legislation

passed by a Democratically controlled House of Representatives to give a Democratic President, what do Republican's think is going to happen to legislation passed by a Republican House full of T-Baggers?

Can't get anything done.

Of course this won't really bother them. Republicans are more interested in keeping Dems from governing than in governing themselves.

Kinda like the last two years, except with even less legislative movement. Maybe two years of seeing that Republicans (1) can't effing govern, and (2) want to keep anyone else from governing EITHER, will teach the American public a lesson about how useless Republicans really are.

Count on it. Only Blanche Lincoln won't be a factor this time around. But still count on Bayh, Baucus, Nelson and Lieberman be the kings of compromise and accomodation now the there will be fewer dem seats.

let it come up for a vote. It's our only chance, they'll cave to anything the Pukes get them to vote on.

14. Here's the more likely scenario

Dems still hold a majority but only by a couple of seats, the exact amount of conservadems we will have in the Senate.

The GOP pushes through it's crappy legislation calling it "bipartisan", until said legislation fails miserably and makes people's lives exponentially worse and is declared failed legislation pushed through by the Democratic Senate.

All of this of course will be signed off on without even the slightest hint of a veto.
