There is NO other crime they could POSSIBLY be charged with.

Any other crime the police or FBI would like to charge them with exists only in THEIR MIND.

No terroristic threats were made.
No actual bombs were planted.
No one ever left a note or called anyone on the phone and claimed there were bombs.

Basically, whoever did this is guilty of littering (possibly trespassing if private property was tread on).

That's it.

Anything else is a 100% bullshit bogus charge.

Period.

2. Agreed.
What genius came up with that advertising gimmick? Putting suspicious looking packages in busy places in a major city is totally irresponsible.

4. Probably the same genius that put the red boxes that played music
for a Mission Impossible movie into the LA TIMES newspaper vending machines in LA...............caused a big scare and the bomb squad was running ALL OVER THE CITY.

3. Cartoon Network Aqua Teen Hunger Force Boston Bomb Scare Hoax
http://www.postchronicle.com/news/original/article_21261851.shtml

A package scare in Boston, Ma., has turned out to be a publicity stunt gone wrong for the Cartoon Network.

Apparently, devices found hanging under bridges in and around Boston formed a terror "hoax" that paralyzed downtown Boston.

The advertisements looked suspicious in that there were so many keyboard like devices hanging under the bridge that they caused Homeland Security to react with the full force of the law to investigate the packages.

The packages caused a scare because of their location hanging under bridges of a major thoroughfare, and for the number of them that were hung. Nine of the fake devices were identified near the New England Medical Center, the Longfellow Bridge that connects Boston with Cambridge, the Boston University Bridge, and Stuart and Columbus streets in central Boston.
