Oy, the amount of robo calls is epic. For the GOTV effort from the dem side I actually gotten real people.

15. I got robocalls from Mitt Romney and Chris Christie

Both for Meg, of course.

Today I got two more calls--a robocall from Carly Fiorina (like I'd vote for her over Barbara Boxer) and, as you noted, a real live call from a real live progressive human (reminding me to vote no on 23, the dirty energy prop). Lots of background noise on that one, too, indicating a VERY busy phone bank.

Anyhow on a serious note, I got a call (live) from my local republican (no really, they are non partisan, really) running for city council.

She starts giving me the usual shpiel, bidness, bla, blah, blah, and how experienced she is with city council... (first time she is running for office)

So I kindly point to her that I am voting for her opponent.

Silence, then asks, why?

Well his ACTUAL experience with city council.

He has no such experience, good luck with that... CLICK... she was pissed.

Well the gentleman in question is the chief of staff for the termed out member of the city council... i guess he has no experience then.

And no, I don't expect people to know that MUCH about any race... and no, I am not volunteering... I just did my homework.

As they say... LYING is a republican value.
