Voting day in Delaware....
Just got back from voting. There was a good/steady stream of people coming and going. Looked good.

I'm always excited on "vote day", even if the odds don't favor the Dems. Today I was more excited because my son and I went together. It was his first time voting and he was pretty excited. He wasn't old enough to vote in '08 so he said by voting straight Dem he was showing his support for Obama.

I know it's silly, but I'm very proud of him. My daughter, who cast her first vote for Kerry--snd was devestated when he lost-- also voted straight Dem today. As did my husband--who used to vote straight Repug--and myself.

GO DEMS!!!

2. Does voting in Delaware ...
... involve the use of salt to ward off witches?

5. I'm pretty confident that Coons will win...
*knock wood* I'm really interested to see what happens in PA between Sestak and Toomey. I'm praying for a Sestak win...

3. My children and grandchildren are reporting in to confirm they have voted...
to go forward, not backwards. We even have their spouses voting Dem. :bounce:

Maybe it won't make that much of a difference, but we're standing strong as a group.
